OBJECTIVE

The realization of integrated solutions in automation (AUT) for application in machinery construction, process technology and utilities. Hereby we always respect the following rules :

• use of standard material (hardware)
• application of standard programming (software) : modular and transposable
• assurance of the safety of personnel and installations
• integration of a user-friendly interface, adapted to the customers exploitation principles
• assurance of the compatibility with existing installations
• taking into account possible extensions
• respecting a realistic price/quality relationship

METHOD OF OPERATION

According to customers wishes and needs, we can process following tasks :

• study of the user specification
• design of the technical AUT configuration (hardware solution) and realization of the technical drawings (schemes)
• analysis of the functional AUT needs (software solution) and realization of checklists
• configuration, programming and test of the integrated AUT system : PLC, HMI, SCADA, PC and/or supplementary equipment or applications
• commissioning, test and reception on site
• customer training : operators as well as maintenance personnel and engineering staff
• maintenance of the installation and repair of faults

In the margin of our long experience in electrical substations, where a big need exists for serial datatransmission, we built a specific know-how in the domain of industrial teletransmission :

• starting from RS232 onwards, over RS422/485 and fieldbus until industrial Ethernet networks
• use of modem communication : via phone line, GSM network or radio link
• application of different standard teleprotocols : Modbus RTU, Modbus ASCII, Modbus TCP/IP, Uni-Telway, FipWAY, FipIO, ASCII (according to customer specific character strings)
• implementation of serial data exchange between industrial and office applications : using OPC or JAVA web server
• teletransmission between central (master) dispatching and (slave) substations for exploitation of remote installations
• expert "protocole Start/Stop Etterbeek" : telecom system in use by InfraBel B-RAIL
